Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

We finally made it to MOVE. It's one of my favourite museums in Oz. Terrie spent over 3 hours in the women's fashion bit and I spent the same time gigging at some wonderful examples of racecars and trucks and bikes. We ran out of time today.

The Benz was a local truck for a long time.
The Kombi is a US import, but is the straightest Kombi that I have ever seen.

If you are ever near Shepparton this museum is a must see. So much stuff, with something to interest everyone.
Tomorrow we are going to the art museum. Brett Whiteley collection, we are pretty sure.
The doors in the right hand side were the giveaway ..... if you ever get a chance, go to a VW show and shine, a good one at Valla and another at .... can't remember now  Qld somewhere, might be Redcliff .....
There are some amazing body restoration and genuine Rat Class ex commercial vehicles, all lovingly restored to probably better than factory ..... when you see them in real life, you can understand why they demand such high prices, few remain in Australia, most end up overseas .... mostly because the craftmanship is a work of love, to pay for that overseas would make the Aust unit, fully photo documented throughout the restoration, a very cheap buy and the end product on display ......

Good morning.
Yaa I got to the motorhome seat... all finished 😁 it now swivels again...
I inlisted my over the back to give me a hand... takes two Bolt's under and nut's on top... but I have now changed that... the bolts. Are now welded to the brackets underneath....I knew that welding bench would be handy.
That was it for me... cept for gardening duties...
Carol went to physio... all good.. plus picked up some milk and such...
Nothing planned yet for today...it's 5 degrees outside, fire 🔥 is lit.
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Good morning everyone. We are in a C/Pk between the train line and the river just on the edge of Shepparton. Only heard two trains last night. It's a bit chilly this morning, only 7⁰. Might get to 11⁰ if we're lucky. Showers coming, so the man says. Got a few things to look at today. Dunno where we'll finish up tonight.
Safe travels everybody.
Bruce, I dunno how I ever put up with the cold weather for 40 odd years, before I headed north.
Cheers

Arvo all, we have wandered our way down to a c/pk near Geelong.
The El Dorado. Fyansford to be precise. Just near where the big silos and cement works once were. Wasn't a pleasant trip, very windy, all sorts of rain and more to come by the looks of things.
But that's life in the southern states in winter. I just wish it wasn't so bloody cold.
It's times for something to warm me up. Stay warm and dry if you can.
Cheers
