Good morning everyone. It's a bit fresh here at Mulwala this morning. BoM says 2⁰. I reckon the grass will be white. No rain in sight.
The grass here is mainly cape weed and clover, not much lawn, as such. It got trimmed late last week. Dunno what I'll get up to today, maybe walk the train line and look for bits of old sleeper for my fire.
Your fans look good Bernie.
Safe travels all those out and about.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all showers starting to come from the NW. Expecting a week of them.
Spent yesterday fixing water leaks in the van lines, found a couple of pin holes from rocks flipping up and the town water inlet. Pull the fitting out and cleaned it up but still leaking so a new one ordered. Then need to check the rear of the van for one. Hoping that will be it.
Had a win with my tyre compressor and it is now working. Everything else is good and ready for Clare in a couple of weeks.
Take care and safe travelling cheers Robert

Re: Good morning daily
A tad cool here at Jugiong last night, woke up to a flat battery ..... seems the 12v alternator doesn't charge to a enough voltage to get the Sodium Ion batteries fully charged, or even 50% SOC it appears, so a DC to DC charger will be required to boost it to 15vdc ..... I wonder how the 12v appliances will appreciate that ....
Plugged the MG4 into charge the house battery, that ate 24% of the MG4 battery capacity so I had to drive it out the front gate and put it on the NRMA charger ..... still getting the hang of operating those things, took me probably 1/2 hr to get it doing it's thing, and 1hr to go from 25% to 100% SOC ..... It's like Microsoft wrote the "on screen" comments about what is actually happening, connecting and a 150 sec count down, turns out to be it's waiting for you to flash the RFID card to tell it who to bill, nothing to do with you have 150 secs to plug the charger into the car and set it up inside the car to accept charging ..... after about the 5th cycle of the 150 secs nonsense, and reversing the car so I could plug the other outlet into the charging port, having tried all the other cards on the touch screen thingy, at the next cycle of the 150 secs, I tried the Chargefox card and bingo, instantly charging, no pissing around in the car infortainment screens, immediate 40kw charging .... which is probably the supply limit for the charger rather than the max rate the car can charge at ..... an hr later, machine went clunch, disconnected by EV on the screen and that was that ....
Put the MG back on the trailer .... getting better at that as well ..... and made sure all the windows were closed this time

Good morning.
I don't have much to report as I done nothing
Carol went to bingo and had a win...
My new chainsaw will be here tomorrow according to auspost...it's been two months since I bought it, it's been in customs for the best part of a month

.
I got a text from the not so little redhead, she asked if we could come to her graduation Friday week, I'll have to plan something... because Carol has a problem with her back and still in recovery from the knee replacement...
I'm thinking along the lines of maybe take the motorhome in so we don't have to do the return from Maryborough in the one day/night...

Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Cloudy and overcast with a random patch of blue sky here today. Just had bacon and egg for brekky, to lazy to do anything much else.
Sounds like I did more than you Bernie. I washed the MiL's car and we walked along the Yarrawonga foreshore.
We went to a scam awareness meeting last night. The number of different scams and dollars scammed are astounding. The police think they only hear about one third of what's really going on.
The takeaway was, if it sounds too good then it probably is.
Keep your passwords safe.
Safe travels everybody.

Good morning.
We are going to Childers this morning... for Carol to have some dry needling on her back...the knees are good just her back ..
Over the back gave me a plug and play DVD player, the built-in one in the laptop don't work for some reason... but it won't work as well
he came and took it back...he rang me a cuppla hours later to tell me it's stuffed
..
The seed potatoes I planted a week back are starting to appear through the mulch
.. Dutch cream...
It was another slow day
...
Keep safe.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. It's an halfway sunny morn here today with a cold wind blowing. Was windy and raining overnight and I didn't sleep well. Lots of clunks and bangs outside.
I'm going over to Corowa today to visit an old mate of mine. He's not in the best of health at the mo'.
Safe travels everybody. Happy hump day.

Re: Good morning daily
Morning all from Wylong, a cool morning and, you guessed it, it's raining
I'd planned to crawl under the Winnie today to tie up some loose wiring, unless it dries up fairly quickly, that won't be happening .... might stay another day yet, we'll see how the world looks after my second coffee
