Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Probably, like going into the women's toilet without getting screamed at, put a bra on with her hands behind her back, plat her hair without a mirror, go for weeks without shaving ..... (gunna cop it for that one )

Here is the photo from before with the second step removed
Reverse engineered steps.jpg
From where Margaret's foot is still in the Winnie, to the ground, is 800mm in that photo. That is with the legs down just enough to take the tyre and suspension wobbles out of the Winnie when moving around inside. The concrete slab is level. so no adjustment required for that.
Your folding step is a bit lower than the Aldi stepper at the lowest step after the wood pile .....

Terry, are you replacing the little right angle gearbox? If yes, where did you source them from???
Cheers

I was just going to use all the mechanism for the 2 step that is already there, but get the twist out of the side to side bar before reinstalling it .... might require finding a shop with an oxy torch to warn it up a bit ..... or, just thought of it, one of the induction coils might do the job just fine.

I probably should have referenced this to the comment about fixing the window mechanism. Too many reds maybe.
I was hoping that you had found a local supplier for the tiny right angle gearbox that operates the Hehr Windows.

You get one of those gas blow torch things from Bunnings for about $45. They can get a piece of metal red hot, not quite as quick as an oxy set though. They are in the BBQ utensil shelves. Get a 6 pack of spare gas cans at the same time. The blow torch also comes in handy lighting the choofer or the campfire as well.

Hers the link.

Good morning everyone.
Yes Terry I was abit hesitate to get under the ute... knowing that I'll be worse off... regarding my back..
BUT...it wasn't going to fix itself 😕.. anyway I had gravity on my side putting the starter motor in...took longer than it should have...I wish I was half a century younger 😜
But the job was done and I have a working starter motor.
We were to have rain through the night...I haven't checked yet...
Nothing planned for today yet... cept it's bacon and eggs day 🥰😘..
Keep safe everyone..
Bernie.

Good morning all!
I love this sunny Nth Qld weather! Either the thermometer is stuck or it always seems to be 31 or 32 degrees. Wierd sleeping without winter sheets, 3 blankets & a quilt!
Bernie does that mean a trip to the tip with lawn clipping is on the cards now?
Terry it's good to see the 'pile of wood' came in handy for other jobs.
