Re: Good morning daily
Good morning Bernie and anyone else that is up. I was in bed but the bladder yelled so loud I had to satisfy it. Deborah I don't measure anything let alone bug spray but I use some water with metho and dish wash liquid. Enjoy your bacon and eggs Bernie.
Queen of the Banal & OT chatter and proud of it. If it offends you then tough titty titty bang bang.
Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone.
Bladder must come first Dot.
..
I was thinking of starting a good morning thread

Dave Carol had to wake me twice to finish your loooog reply stating to get like Cuppa..or NP
. and you know who...
I/we pulled the Hot house apart ... cept for the frame it's now going to just have shadcloth around it...I cut and chiseled the timber so they are fit tight... and by then it was midday..and stinking hot
so tool's down..
My bits and bobs didn't sell at next door's garage sale
And as Dot said it's bacon and eggs...in Degilbo..
And nothing will be attempted today... Bathurst...
Keep safe everyone.
Bernie.

Re: Good morning daily
Good morning everyone. Its another bright sunny day here now. We had an electrical storm blow through very early this morning. Not sure yet if we had any rain.
I was lucky enough to get the gkids heater controls fixed early on. He's a happy chappy now. I find it very difficult to work upside down and inside out now. My eyes go wobbly.
Watched a bit of car racing and fluffed about til late arvo. Then we had a sunset walk. There were a lot of people just waiting around watching the sun go down.
Have a top day everybody Safe travels all those out and about.
Enjoy your b&e Bernie.

Good morning All. 23* with 31* forecast.
The best days of Bathurst were when Minis etc competed against Holdens and Fords.
Now, due to gambling, if someone gets half a lap in front and there is a prang, they are dragged back to the pack.

Re: Good morning daily
Some news.
Bernie might be a bit quiet today as his son, Gary, has had a heart attack. He's OK for now & will be flown to Brisbane.

Left Orange. In the pub at Tarcutta watching the race.
Over the last 1000ks, I've averaged over 5ks per litre. Happy with that.

Re: Good morning daily
I now remember why I stopped watching the racing cars 10-15 years ago.
If they give the chap a 5 second penalty for pushing someone off the track then that 5 seconds should be given to the one who got pushed off or even return to positions prior the incident.
Back to the old Lowndes days or have they never changed?

Re: Good morning daily
You're right Bruce. I think quite a lot are no longer as interested in Supercars as they once were. It's freight train racing now, waiting for someone's mistake.

Re: Good morning daily
I agree Bruce, by spinning that young bloke out so close to the end, it shattered him and won't improve him as a race car driver. It was clear that it was a deliberate act, full redress putting the victim back where they should have been and the guilty party sent to the back of the pack ...... but how would you do that, the guilty party gets a drive through penalty and the exit is closed until the pack has passed .... that one is easy enough, but the young fella who was robbed of a potential win .... a formation lap and he leads?
Channel 7 sport continually froze for the last 10 laps, I saw the fit but no idea what the result was because it froze at that point and I had to refresh, I got the thing back up when they announced the 5 min penalty ...... but what happened to the victim and his co driver?
