Maybe that's why I'm getting rounder as I get older, not all that goes in is being dumped back out ..... could also be with the yrs catching up, less time on the go means more time for snacking on fruit and nut mix

Good morning everyone. Its goodbye to Chianciano Terme this morning. We are now heading northish up to Florence. Another sunny day ahead. We did more fortress touring yesterday, supplemented by pizza and coffee.

I remember meeting him and Jim Richards at Bathurst when I was the whole pit crew for a HQ my workshop sponsored in the HQ series support races. We went into the driver's lounge to watch the channel 10 news to see if the spectacular crash our car made over the top of skyline when the driver had a brain fade and put the car out onto the marbles ..... they both told us to never give up .... so we headed back to Wollongong, picked up another HQ body and headed back up to Bathurst to rebuild the car ready for the next days support race .....
Both really nice people, success hadn't gone to their heads like it did with Peter Brock, he only wanted to know us as he was on his way up and again when he was on his way down ....
At 80, had a good life doing what he loved

Morning all.
Well, woke up this morning and virtually all pain gone, and gone for the entire day. Bear in mind, it was crippling when the pain killers wore off yesterday and the day before.
So, was it the visit to the chiro or the different noninflammatory tabs the doc gave me?
Bear in mind, I only took one last night and then one today.
Still a little tender though.
