The continual rain since the cyclone has finally eased off enough for the lake to almost dry up in the back yard.
The cane toads have been busy laying eggs in it & as it dried up the taddies kept moving to the deapest holes that were left.
Hoping the heat will finish them off but I've noticed a few making an escape on 4 legs & still got a tail.

Good morning everyone. We've just had a little rain squall blow through. Might get a few more today. Top expected here is 29⁰.
I saw some of my old workmates yesty. They were doing an inspection of a switchboard that I had just finished building.
That a great vid Jon. Back when touring cars were actually cars you could buy, and go racing in. Not like the 'powered by rich dads' Formula Sports Sedan that they call Touring cars now.
I bet Bob r could tell a few stories about racing, back in those days.

Morning one and all..
It was a busy day in Maryborough.. but shorter than normal...we didn't go to Bunnings
..
I even mowed front and back lawns..
I also put up one of the two new security camera's, I will get the other installed today... maybe..
I'll put a picture from the camera looking down our backyard...
Nothing much else planned for today..yet..
The storms are missing us, all seem to go below us..
Keep safe.
