Through out history ideological controlling societies have come and gone and they all seem to collapse from within and mostly very violently. Maybe we are seeing the collapse of the current world society and especially the USA, Russia and china, along with every other society including our own.

The ruling elites have no clue as to the real situation outside their deluded superiority bubbles, believing they have the right approach to the future, when the facts say the opposite. As for trump, he's just a symptom of what's wrong with human society, as chemically saturated minds break down and go berserk.

The USA is not exempt from civil war, they've already been down that path and seem on the brink of another. As for their gun culture, there's enough guns and ammunition floating round the country to fight for a long time.

What happens next is anyone’s guess and Aus is not exempt from this collapse, we're already seeing growing demonstrations as dumb minorities demand more control over the majority. We are probably seeing the fracturing of a major political party here and the rise of another dumb party, along with civil unrest as cost of living, housing and ideological demands grow.

There's not one politician in this country who has a clue how to overcome the situation they've created as their quest for more and more corporate profit growth and control of the public continues against the realty of what this approach creates. History show us elitism and ideological control always fails in the end game and human society may have entered the end game for the current sociological illusion we've created.

However something is going on which is creating the scenario we're seeing in the USA and other countries, including our own which is fracturing societies worldwide to a degree. Even china is imploding, as according to many reports its economy is bankrupt and the industries it relies upon for supposed economic growth can no longer sustain that momentum. Economic growth as the solution is a fallacy, not sustainable in any way and we may have reached the top of the economic pyramid, which is now collapsing.

Off course Aus could be in a much better position than many other countries, but to get through what's ahead we need leaders who understand the reality of the world and work with that. But bringing in millions more people and driving corporate control will only result in faster sociological collapse.

Interesting world we are living in, wonder what's next.

Let's just agree to disagree NP. There certainly are $$ driven people and corporations throughout Australia, but unlike the US, we don't brainwash the US way into our kids all the way through those very important learning yrs.
We are a multicultural society, we can be tolerant, we can also band together against what, as a whole, we see as not the Australian way.
The right to protest goes back to our very roots, we will never agree about everything, but I don't think we can be brainwashed the way the MAGA were, we just aren't that kind of people.

We have a huge country, why can't we share it with those who aren't as lucky as we are, but we don't need their indoctrinations to be introduced as well ..... they left their country for a new start, leave that behind, we don't want it, we don't need it and we should not be building an Us V Them walled type of society ........

Terry I look at the reality of the world, not as some want it to be, so can't understand what you are saying, disagree with what. Nowhere do I say anything about heading towards the USA example, because it's just another glaring example of idiotic ideology at work.

As for multiculturalism, it doesn't work and never has, simply because ideologies have to be right no matter what and we are seeing the real effects worldwide as countries are starting to remove and sanction people who have brought their ideological cultures and demand they be accepted as part of their new country. Of course some aspects of culture brought to this country is beneficial, but not beliefs and their suppressive ways, they destroy cultures. people comer to this and other countries claiming they want better lives, but insist on bringing their culture and beliefs that they are escaping from and imposing them on the country they have come to. Which just doesn't make sense in any way, but it's been that way throughout history and in the end brings disaster to peaceful countries and Aus is not exempt from that historical reality in any way.

But the USA approach is not about culture but about elitist power and control, trump is a dictator no different to any dictatorial moron throughout history. The USA is a devout self centered elitist ideological country and we are seeing the results of what that insanity brings.

Maybe the rumours abounding on the internet regarding trump being impeached very soon will happen and the USA will get it's act together, lets hope so. As for the planets problems, all you have to do is look at what is behind just about all conflicts of today and throughout history to see the true reality. But most ignore that truth because they are part of the problem and refuse to see it, preferring to try to shift the blame away, stating it doesn't represent their claims, when it's glaringly obvious to anyone with a working brain it does.

This one is interesting, https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/ru ... 8ac9&ei=12 Rubio being questioned about where the money from the Venezuelan oil tankers oil sales have gone, the video clip shows just how much of a snake he is ...... no mention about the $200 million in a Qatar bank account, just the audit on the $300 million on the Venezuelan part of the sale .....
