Good morning daily

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Good morning, 22c dark outside maximum 31c predicted today & no rain for us.

I’ve had another sleepless night, feeling tired just can’t sleep 😢😢

The demolition progressed yesterday stage one almost completed, thought of Bernie when they felled the huge trunk of a tree that has been dead for over 12 months, it was hard work chain sawing it & it sure didn’t want to fall, took more several goes with the chain saw before the excavator knocked it down.

Good morning.
I spent the day, till midday anyway cutting timber..
One of the two that was out the front is cut and a lot of the other... this is the biggest one,I've cut down to where the chainsaw blade is as wide as the timber... cutting the rest is going to be difficult... but no rush..
Jon I think the channel the chainsaw blade run's in is too narrow...I got the same result using another chain..
I'm back to 70 plus blocks to split 🪓 and the smaller branches..I will do some today... but I need to go to Biggenden for more fuel for the splitter..
That line in the sand is unfortunately above us as well 😡
Bruce would have been better off taking the houseboat to Nebo 🤪😁..
A picture of the timber still out the front..
Keep safe .
Bernie.

Good morning All. 31* forecast for today.
It reached 37* here yesterday so I went to the Bowlo for a couple of hours and beers, then came home and pressure cleaned some of the deck.
The temperature didn't drop below 27* until 1am this morning and I'm about to go out to clean some more of the deck.

Jon, "Terry, were you on the Pisa building site?". I think he must have been, have you seen the lean of the tower? :) ;)

The ground survey was done by a different mob, the building is still standing, have you ever tried to stack pizza that high, on a lean, and it stay up for that long ;)

It didn't help things that they used an architect called Ilean & Co ........

Inside the tower, there are steps just like the winnie.

On the high side of the lean, the wear marks are on the inside. On the low side of the lean, the wear marks are on the outside.

Evening everyone. Mozzies got me after a few seconds being outside so I am back inside. Oh how I wish we could get some wood like Bernie has, not allowed to pick any wood from the side of the roads and the cost this year is heading for the $500 a ton. That is enough incentive to head north for the winter.Temp is starting to climb again so watering again tonight. Heard the news about the little boy Gus, was I right about the Grandfather?
