If I continue much longer with the one step forward and two steps back, the original stairs will be back in there and I can just pretend everything is fine

I've stopped looking for the light at the end of the tunnel, I already know it's a train, I've watched that Wylie Coyote and Road Runner episode a few times ........

Steps are steps Jon, you can use them to go up and down

There might be 13 days missing, but there was very little progress to report, so you haven't missed much.

I have finally found some new/old stock (NOS) Genuine Ford kingpin kits in the US and bought by credit card rather than PayPal. AUD $89.57 including freight by credit card, PayPal wanted to do an exchange rate of 67c US to every AUD$1 ..... To buy an aftermarket kit was AUD $555.67 .......
They say it will be here by mid March, fingers crossed all the bits are there, it might be only one side, but I will at least have shims and a new pin and bushes .....

Remembered I had broken the reverse light lense when I backed into the Rego blokes gate post ...... so I decided to try and chase down just the lens ... yeah nah, nothing the correct dimensions ..... complete jumbo combination tail lights ... starting from $250  https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/22591017515 ... I bought a pair of LED combination lights, slightly wider but shorter https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/262924043219 $19.51

Rough figure, 78c US to AUD$1, certainly not a fair exchange rate, but better than PayPal

I find that a bit hard to believe.

The last time it was 78c was about 5 years ago.
