So if the **** have changed their LNT tag to be yearly and you are on the road and you don't get your special ticket then you become NON LNT because you did not get your mail?????. Seems a very backward / selfish move to me.
A good way to make a good system fail me thinks as it will now be specific to one club and will get disregarded by all non members and then the rest of the public as it will just for those Snotty nose mob(not just my term but the accepted description I often get).
Should I remove my old one (not likely) or should I join the dump anywhere camp because I am not a **** member, so who cares ???????
I though it was a drive to get everyone to join and push the need for all to comply and used to try and keep our country clean.
I have no problems with a area excluding me as I just move on but don't spend any money in the area but usually advise someone in the town (fuel depot or supermarket that I cant stop and spend money because I am not welcome to stop).
I hope they change their thinking but I am confident they wont so I will just travel on and stay where I can.
I know with Blazeaid there is a reluctance to go to QLD to volunteer because of the restriction imposed by the councils and government in QLD.
We had several prospective camps either cancelled or slowed down their opening while we sorted out the camping issue as we were told that all volunteers MUST stay at the caravan park and pay the full rate as the council did not want to upset the CP owner. Found that when we advised some of the farmers applying for assistance that help may not be coming due to the council stance there was a change in tune.
