G'day from Wilbor

Post by Wilbor »

G'day everyone, Rob n Chris from WILBOR. Lot's of familiar faces here :) . Currently cruising the coast on a mates 20m boat and tied up at Cooktown for a few days before heading home next week. Has been a great "sea change" but will be back in Wilbor early next year, probably south to the Maryborough get together! And then who knows where we will end up, but after spending winter in Longreach it is going to be somewhere up north closer to home. Thinking of Tassie later in the year though.

All the best to everyone

Rob

Hi Rob & Chris, welcome to the friendly forum :D Not rel sure I'd like to do the boat thing, you can't just pull over if the weather gets a bit rough and the road conditions can be a little tricky to read at times

Thanks Terry, if you are not in any hurry to get anywhere the bumpy road at sea is not a problem, just wait till it calms down!! On our way north from Cairns to Lizard Island a couple of months ago the biggest problem was the sea was too calm, couldn't see the reef edges so we had to stick to deeper water, much the same again last week around Lizard :)

G'day Rob, I wondered if you would eventually turn up here. They are a pretty good bunch. Most of them don't bite.
Cheers
