A GOOD BLOODY DAY

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

A GOOD BLOODY DAY

Post by Kelvin12 »

Ever had one of those days where everything goes right for a change. Bloody rare for me, in fact very rare, but today was a gut buster working overhead for most of it but it turned out quite well for a change, most unusual. Now to put the feet up and have a couple of reds and be waited on hand and foot..... ... yeah right, kidding about the waiting on hand and foot.

G'Day Dot,

Overhead storage/cupboard above the driver/observer. Due to the shapes nothing square or at right angles, in fact nothing resembling them. Anyhow its a great storage area for larger items we won't need for a while. Made a few templates and numerous trial fits, finally it all fell into place. I guess sometimes you try just a bit to hard to get a good fit and it winds up like crap but today despite all the odd shapes it all fell into place. Happy as a pig in sh#&* . Bet the rest doesn't go as smooth....

Dirk, Why don't you post a few pics of your hard work. It might inspire some others to do something similar. Oops, looks like Dot has beaten me in.
Cheers

As soon as I get a few more things finished I will post a few photos. Got heaps of part done jobs to finish yet and as soon as they are done and I clean things up I'll post.

G'Day Super Sparky, Don't know if it will encourage anyone, probably put them off a project like this. Heaps of damn hard work but enjoying having something to do.
