delete delete delete.....Now. PayPal never address a customer as Dear Customer they always use your name, had a similar thing last year contacted PayPal and the message was ignore and delete do not open anything...

This is on every PayPal email sent to customers:

How do I know this is not a fake email? Fake or 'phishing' emails tend to have generic greetings such as "Dear PayPal member". Emails from PayPal will always address you by your first and last name.

And the fact that you don't have a PayPal a/c should ring alarm bells anyway.

I've received emails in the same vein from American banks...
