The dump point (according to the CP owner) is not a subsidised one.
There is minimal signage. (standard CMCA sign)
There are low over hanging branches that prevented my little Nissan getting close.
To fix it I suggest it needs a tree removal & a raised pad to park on for those with hose discharge.
As it is it seriously challenges the CMCA requirements. (friendly Town?)
