This is a link to the conversion. I know I bought mine off ebay and it was definitely the same product although I think I paid more like $49.00. I couldn't find them on ebay and I notice on the site that the link directs you to that they are out of stock, however, they have an enquiry link so give them a try.
RussellB's mate has one. Perhaps Russell can give more info.

I think mine came from OS whereas the supplier in the link is in australia - so the difference in price is probably the middleman in Australia. At the end of the day you'll have to get it from whoever has got it.
