Generdawg,
Do you have dash-cams front & rear?
Mine only sees what has just passed you and come into view over the bonnet.
No map in mine. But then, it was $79 @ Oz Post shop. Works well enough for our purposes: catching the idiots who pull in front of a rolling 10 tonnes, then brake hard for the traffic lights 100m away!
One day, one of them will end up wearing Girt as a boot ornament, and wondering how it all happened...
Regards & God bless,

Yes and they record audio as well if you wish.

I feel the rear is at least as important if not more so because of the number of cowboys sniffin my tail pipe in an effort to intimidate. (rant deleted)

That is the model identification of my unit you see on the r/h side Chuck.
The coordinates show up on the company specific software (see attached photo), which also has a map feature showing coordinates as shown in my previous posting.
Interestingly the MP4 files are readable by windows, but show only the date time and speed.
By the way, we just happened to be travelling under cloud at the time of the incident in case any were wondering why so dark.

It comes with editing software as well, and the camera is rated at 5 mp. The viewfinder on the back is hard to see, but once I hooked it to the TV its all good. You can set it for motion detect, and it supports up to 32 gb card. Will play more over the next few days. The smudgy bits are where the windscreen was dirty!!

I bought Auto cam GPS FHD. Not cheap but pretty good at night. The pictures do not really do it justice as it is in HD 1920x1080 full HD video. It has gps tracking when viewed on puter. I wish I had it when I did the pit manoeuvre on the Ford Mondeo.

Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
