Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to get it on a flat top tow truck to your place AM.

the van is near Tara in qld and needs to go to Wellington near Dubbo. im going to drag it behind big red if it hasn't sold by September and I know madie will want to visit the zoo once again too lol so good excuse.

Just put some fuel in it and get a transit slip from the rego mob, it looks ready to roll in the photos ;)

Just checked on google maps, it's only 726km and all down hill, best check the brakes work before you start off 8-)

I have a spare 5 bolt 260 Ford V8 with toploader transmission that may be available when I decide to use the 289 or the 260 in my Tiger project. :twisted: :twisted:

Orr, the V8 makes a statement. But being realisic, a good diesel would be the go.

What sort of 6 cyl? I have a few 4.1 alloy head 6 cyl engines and a wicked turbo set up, sans turbo, of the original set up when we were campaigning the TC Cortina, even an orginal AIT turbo manifold, the one that came out on the XE turbo ESP
