You say you are looking at getting a larger MH, what has bought you to that decision and is it nice to be back home? :D

Experience is a wonderful thing. It helps you recognise a mistake when repeated.

Hey Dot,yep its good to be home (cold, rain ) what fun.
We have found that the Nissans are two narrow for our needs and not long enough.
And not big enough to pull our SGVitara.
I know others may disagree but this is how we feel, and its her who has to be comfortable.
Especially after owning the Leyland.
Looks like I will be flying to Vic some time next week and driving a new (to me) one back.
Then the fun begins again converting another bus. (30')
Bernie.

I do know what you mean Bernie.
If I ever get another one it will be most likely an Isuzu truck based unit.
Something like a furniture removal van or even a horse truck. Something at least 8ft wide & square EVERY way you measure it!!!
40-50hp more than needed & will comfortably sit on 100clicks without straining itself.

To get back on track, partly done, just waiting on some questions to be answered
30 foot Isuzu rear engine.
But not yet a done deal.( but the price is rght )
And Carols always exited, some times!
Bruce I seen a few truck base motor home on our trip, it was also on our list of maybe's.
I never got to look in one unfortunatly.

Update on the new bus.
Its NOT, it still belongs to its old owner.
I have returned from Vic minus the bus.
Before you ask 'not' as advertised and full of rust.
Not happy about the last cuppla days.
Bernie.
