I was going to do the Seseme Street thing with, this announcement was brought to you by the letter ....... but then I thought if I use the first letter in the alphabet it might be a bit too close for comfort and I really get a letter  Hmmm.... might be pushing my luck as it is after a reread

I was going to mention that it was a copyright breach to mention AS 3000.something, but it probably isn't as you can buy an AS 3000 at any electrical wholesaler in Australia and there is a reason that it is now 230v instead of 240v - world standard or something - Did I mention that my brain hurts.................
When I first read that last night I thought Wayne or Nini were on drugs. Then I had the lightbulb moment

As you've probably noticed we're not a very serious bunch of members and if possible we'll attempt to keep it that way as long as possible.

Hi Peter,
I know we have had the odd battle on other forums, some of it quite informative. I have no problems with discussions as long as they remain neutral, no personal attacks, each state their case and sell their ideas based on the information they put forward and let the reader judge what is wheat and what is chaff. A lot of chaff was accepted fact before it was questioned ;)

Hi Terry & Dot
Those rules are Ok by me :)
I think some intersting & informative discussions could be on the way
I will do my best to be clear & informative & readily explain my reasoning,& listen to & discuss alternative views :D
