That was a standing joke in this household, "a cup of spelt flour, that's spelt f-l-o-u-r", now it's been shortened to "a cup of f-l-o-u-r" :roll:

Joy uses Arborio Rice in some recipes.
So I labelled the container "Tree Rice" :lol: :lol: (Geddit? 'Arboreal' Rice... :roll: )
Label includes a pic of Cazneaux' Tree. :roll: :D

Might have got away with termite rice as well, isn't that another name for borers?

Nah, that's a strawberry flavouring kids mix with milk..... we seem to have strayed away from the topic.. which flour... I'm going with a Waratah, lot of them out this yr around these parts, mustn't be too many still left in the bush I'm thinking, every industrial estate has a string of them in there mandatory garden section.
