Aww c'mon Wendy you know there was more than one sculpture!!!
Nice peaceful area for sure! Many skitos when you were there?
That road to the camping area down past the sculptures used to be the main highway before they bypassed the town.

Have to agree Wendy, Dartmoor is a lovely place to stop and there is also some good fishing not to far upstream.

Bruce is spot on re the 'skitos', at the right/wrong time Dartmoor can be inhabited by some of the biggest and most ferocious anywhere. :o

BTW how are the 'girls' enjoying their travelling adventure? :)

Wendy, I'd love to say the countdown is tickin' down nicely, but a lot of tradesmen tell 'porkie pies' about when they will arrive to quote or do a job, and now the excuse is christmas, the economy, holidays, no staff, waiting for the world to end etc. etc.

But we WILL be on the road full time in early 2013, the house has been rented as from January and we have 'promises' that all work will be completed asap in the new year, so fingers crossed. :|

Glad to hear the girls are going well, there must be a helluva lot of pussies running around Dot and G's at the moment. ;)

Best wishes to you and Ash and everyone at Strathalbyne. :)
