Well it seems that's exactly what I did Dot once I discovered my house batteries were not going to last the night out!!!

They headed off this morning, Bruce cut a neat hole in the floor of the Civilian and showed Wendy how to strap into the harness (so she didn't fall straight through) after a couple of adjustments to the harness, she was lowered till her feet touched the ground and they were off up the road . Heading towards the river It was a nice couple of days to be sure to be sure. And yes there was scones and cream

Yes they were the best scones I've tasted for quite some time!!
Yes T1 the battery 'problem' should have meant Lithium but we have limited time away so bit the bullet & am going to throw 2 AGM's in so we can continue with our plans.
Not really worried about the cost at this stage........... we live while we live!!! ...........
