We have two Four Seasons hatches, and the wire is filthy. Can't figure out how ro clean them...unless Greg climbs onto the roof! And if we use water it'll all end up in the van!
It's not obvious to me Dee. I can't work out how to do it properly. When you get to Dot's you could try borrowing her vacuum cleaner and going over it with the brush attachment. That gave us a bit of improvement. The hatch over the Fantastic vent is also a problem. The screen can be removed and cleaned and the blades can be cleaned but try doing the inside of the hatch. I ended up with wet rag wrapped around the end of a big screwdriver poked between the blades. What a PITA.

Help!
It's probably obvious....
Cheers

Hi Dee
They come out very easy from inside the van just push slowly on the bottom, it's a while since I did ours. Once it starts to unclip you pull the sides and top in.
I'm thinking a case of oranges fresh off the tree picked early in the morning coolness ......... my brakes will cop a hiding next roadside stall I see.

Oranges! They are yummy this way! We stopped off in Waikerie to pick up a drill charger that Greg left behind earlier this year at the house boat sit we did, and have to drive through an orange plantation to get there...no fences! Greg didn't even have to get out of the car to grab a few samples.......
