So at the next gathering (near the water) can we expect a chef Terry's platter of carp?

I'll pass thanks!!!
A lot of people of European descent are familiar with Carp flesh!
Ever heard of the expression "slapped in the face with a wet fish"?

There is also carp and choko slow cook. Spew out the carp as per previous instructions, then in a big pot over a slow smouldering fire first smoke the carp with apple wood shavings in the pot with a close fitting lid, then empty out the ashes, place the smoked carp on the bottom and cover with sliced chokos, oinion, carrots and any other fresh vegies you would put in a slow cook stew. Cover with water and add spices etc, slow cook till the choko tastes good, throw the carp away and eat the vegies

G,day all
The top photo off me with my Hobie Kayak and two fish that I recently caught, the whiting was the largest that I had ever caught and the bream was of a decent size as well, the bottom photo is taken from under our awning looking out over the bay at Regatta Point.
On the road tomorrow, maybe more fish at Mallacoutta next week, will post proof

Seems like you are the only "genuine" fisherman here Keevo. You actually prove you got them, most of the others all say they got away or they didn't have the camera handy
That's a neat little Kayak as well.
