Happy Birthday Kay, did BBA go for that walk with you this morning? He should have because he would have been up already getting you your cuppa in bed and making fruit toast buttered just the way you like it........ or am I thinking of a different BBA

At my suggestion we are going out for lunch with home neighbours. we are currently house sitting ( in our van) for Bruce's cousin while they are on a cruise. They moved down from Bundy last year & are only 3ks from our home.
Feel 21 again especially after cortisone injection in hip yesterday is already working. Saw Dot's Dr in Mt Barker on trip this year, had cortisone under ultrasound which lasted about 3 mths which was great.
it hurt like bloody hell & I am sure they never injected local first.Yesterday the Dr introduced himself, I told him about the SA episode before he started on me.
5ccs local worked a trick. I did not realise that he had already inserted the 3" cortisone needle until he told me he had finished!
What a difference. He then turned the screen around to show me where he had put the needle for the cortisone to go around the calcification at the hip.
What a difference in bed side manners!
