Well this is the last of our "dam hopping" dams & some service. The past 2 weeks I guess we have been averaging 50 a day, eating some & freezing some. They are just so much more sweeter than prawns. Not catching fish except for 6 catfish yesterday, one was bout 18" long so it is now minced for fish patties for lunch on the BBQ to-day. We head for home to-morrow to housesit for cousin about 3ks from home, which we have now rented out until August next year!

Wished I was there helping you!!!
I was fishing up in Qld a year or so ago & after catching a few catfish I was told I must return them to the water alive.
Maybe estuary (saltwater) catfish are different?

Parked in Bruce's cousins yard while they are on a cruise. When hey come home Tuesday we move back to my tennis friend's yard 5mins walk from our home. We went with our estate agent on Monday to do home inspection- wow- looks a million dollars.

Margaret and I will be at Dalmeny Camp ground till Sunday, if anyone in the area drop in for a quiet drink or 3 ... not sure how quiet it will be Geoff Clifton and his lovely wife will be there as well  and Ron & Eileen Welton, but they are quiet folks 8-)

G,day All

we are currently at Shallow Inlet bush camp on Wilsons Prom, we went to Tidal River and Squeaky Beach yesterday, great scenery, crystal clear water, warm day, all good, raining here at the moment so inside catching up on our blog which is about the big trip.
