Yeah, there are a stack of them like that. Engin and similar Voip providers work like a phone and call call any number. Depending on your plan calls in Oz are free and with the international pack to certain international numbers are free. The Voip providers are all different in their plans and what it costs, some have small monthly fee and then small call charges, others have a monthly fee and no charges.
