I kept my fingers crossed till the very end Martin, one day we'll meet up in person

You can count on that, I owe you a beer or two. You will need to drink mine for me though as I was a bit greedy when i was a whippersnapper, and no longer indulge..T1 Terry wrote:I kept my fingers crossed till the very end Martin, one day we'll meet up in person

When you get to a gathering there will be plenty of volunteers to drink your beer, wine, spirits anything. We are a helpful mob and don't like to see alcohol go bad.

Re: Easter near Murray Bridge, wanna come?
Hi guys,
Well, Dee's son is getting married in Melbourne on the Saturday and we've been warned we must stay on Sunday at the brides parents house (already checked there's plenty of room for the caravan), so won't be heading towards the SA gathering venue until Monday...as Sunday will be a tequila competition night.
Will anyone still be there from Tuesday or should we just head to the Strathalbyn free camp? We have things to do in Adelaide before we go to England on 7 May.
Would love to catch up with you all!
Cheers
Dee and Greg

Might as well make it official - we are being upgraded from very unlikely to "Buckley has better odds", as I've got the chop.

I expect we will still be there after easter for a few days, but that's a long way off so hard to predict. We are going the Hahndorf oompah band evening dinner thing at the end of the mth, then need to high tail kit to get to Taggerty for the first week end in May.
so it depends how much free time we have to tour the area before or after Easter I guess, we want to see so much while we are there that I doubt we will squeeze it all in anyway so will probably leave some for another visit.
