And I have now Googled Degilbo. I'm sure you know that, reversed, it reads Obliged. Just a bit of useless trivia. But as I said, I am bored!

Ooh, Dot, what do you put in your curried chicken? Is it Chuck's Butter Chicken?

The chicken wings are checking out the inside of the microwave on the auto defrost, then into the oven with 51 herbs and spices, give or take a few, potatoes thinly sliced to make chippies, roast sweet potatoe, green beans and maybe a sweet corn cob.

We had roast pork in the Webber, crackling was perfect
Spuds in the Dri-fryer (oil-less deep fryer) apple sauce and salad mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm was pretty good, combined with the sound of rain on the roof

The apricot pie was a special treat for Greg as he's been working so hard building a full kitvhen in a caravan shell.
Usually have fruit .....have our meal early...5:30 ish...he's always hungry later but I can't eat late.
As for instant mash, we use it often. I add butter and a raw egg.
We go for a walk every day! Trying to get our backs working again!
Tomorrow....lamb chops for him. Vegetarian for me!
Cheers

We use the Edgel brand as well - only because it is cheaper.BernieQ wrote: Chuck how do you get mashed taters into a packet?
First tried mixing it with milk but now use water & a decent knob of real butter.
I didn't think I would like it... & don't... I love it!!

Well it's going to be a Chinese night here!
Grand daughter's 19th birthday celebrations.
What is suitable for a diabetic? Honey Chicken is well worth the chance I'm thinking?
Promise I'll work it off tomorrow!!
I quite like our local Chinee in the super market complex.
Pay first & get an empty container & walk along & throw in what ever you desire!!
