Son & wife went to Brazilian Restaurant Fri.,night at The Entrance, NSW great food after many different dishes, wife asked for chicken hearts.

Yep, an easy one for us too. reheated BBQ Chicken, Fries and Chicken Gravy. We have survived a fairly ferocious storm that hit at about 4pm. Very heavy rain, thunder and lightning but thankfully no hail.

Thanks for the inspiration Ros. I was having trouble deciding what exactly I could manage with the few bits of food in the fridge, now I am inspired, thanks. Just going off now to fry some tomatoes until nearly burnt then add cheese on top to sizzle and pour over toast. YUM

Chip butty sandwich, been busy trying to get the trailer set up redy to head off but the body is not co-operating.

Chicken chips & salad for the anaconda man & me chips and runny eggs BUT Sunday is custard night so stewed apples off the tree and hot thick custard and just maybe some ice cream on top for good measure :lol:

Tonight it was Pork Balls with Ginger & Kaffir Lime Dipping Sauce on a bed of noodles.

Last night was deviled snags, mashed potatoes, peas'n'corn.

Not bad for packet stuff.
