I won't pencil it into the diary until you advise of a date...
Be glad to see you, though. I think I came across you at Boonah while campaigning for Keith M...
BernieQ,
Joy & I have a similar deal: generally, she cooks; I enjoy. In return, I always do the clean-up... both OTR (when it's all hand-washed) and at home, where the dishwasher is gainfully employed for most of the dishes.

Dottie & T1,
I 'work under direction' when requested to assist with dinner prep.
The only exception is when we light up the Weber Baby Q. Then I am my own master, although I will listen to 'suggestions.'

The Mad Lab (Paddy) pulled Joy over during walkies this afternoon... spotted another dog he didn't think he knew, and lunged! (He did, it belongs to a neighbour; didn't recognise it or him.

Caught Joy off-guard and pulled her flat, broke loose and took off trailing the lead. Injured two of Joy's fingers in the fall, but I don't think they're broken.
Paddy goes psycho if he sees a strange dog, particularly if it's on a lead. Must have had some decent sort of trauma before we got him from the rescue service. He just wants to play, but apparently believes no dog should be on a lead. Jumps all over them, barking like a demon. We've had him now for six years and tried all sorts of training, reward/punishment regimes, even tranquillisers, to no avail. He's nearly nine. 'Normal' Labs settle down by that age!
