Very glad to read that you are all safe n sound. Craig you obviously know what you are doing, I was mainly having a go at the people who try to stay in an area just so they can " experience" the situation. It's the idiots that never cease to amaze me.

Beautiful morning today, suns out, grass is growing, creeks still fairly gushing, highways cut, and did I mention the bloody grass is growing!!
Anyway, this morning is tree clean up time and hopefully by late this arvo I will be able to get the mower and tractor onto the grass before we go away for Easter

Is that bridge on the Bruce Hwy??
We saw the Ingham floods on telly news last night sure was a lot of water, does the shopping centre area flood??

Yep, Bruce Highway bridge just north of Ingham. Town floods, it actually gets cut in half. Woollies and Coles stay dry though. Everyone knows what to do when a flood is coming, move gear and wait for it to recede!!

No problem Deborah, it is something you get sick of experiencing. We only came back in November for a grandkid fix and I ended up getting a job for a few months. We are looking forward to hitting the road again.
