Roast pumpkin, roast chicken wings with extra crunch ad wilted spinach, all cooked over the choofer. The extra crunchie on the chicken was achieved after Margaret dropped my chicken pieces beside the fire, apparently the plate angle became excessive and they simply slid off, half a bottle of Durif will cause that sort of thing :lol:

Roast butterfly cut lamb, roast spud (given a head start in the microwave) carrot, beans and cauliflower

Mixed grill ( sausages ,lamb chops, steak and crumbed pork ) potatoes in foil, all done on the BBQ,mushroom sauce for the steak and a nice green salad .

Farewell Safari dinner at the South Lakes Golf Club, Goolwa SA.
Pea & Ham soup.
Roast pork, apple sauce and baked vegies.
Baked Date Pudding & Custard.
Cost $17.00
plus vino.
