Not as cold tonight as last night, when I had to literally light the fire! (Wood-burning fire-behind-glass heating)
Still had to switch suddenly from shortie PJs to winter longs!
Oh, for the freedom to head north when the mercury drops below 24°!!
Maybe next year, when the house is more the way we'd like it...

We need our creature comforts and being in the van is no excuse to feel the cold (and the pain it causes). This is our payback for staying in caravan parks. Although I think you would approve of the current one. Lake Burrendong, near Welllington (NSW). We have drive through sites and plenty of space around each van. It is almost freecamping, but with power and dubious water (boil before drinking sort of water)Off to a very warm bed now, so night all. xxxx

No moths last night but it was rather chilly and all the happy campers retreated very early but what a beautiful day we have today. Bad internet coverage last night so I missed saying goodnight to you all. so I shall say good afternoon instead.

Tonight's news stated that Sydney had the hottest Autumn day for this time of the year for 18 years.
We have had perfect Autumn weather here on Lake Macquarie couldn't ask for better.

Nite Nite everyone, on our way home, camped at Port Albert for the night, beautiful night but a little crisp.. Might need the gas heater later.. Nice little free 24hr camp here but small so have to be in early to get a spot.
