Fiat Ducato Servicing

Post by JCT »

Currently near Perth ( heading south), doing 'The Lap' and my Ducato is due for its 45k service. As my home is in Sydney I have no knowledge of servicing in this area so I would welcome any help on the following;-

1) Can anyone suggest a good service agent in the area?

2) An indication as to a fair price, with or without parts, if you have knowledge of the same.

Many thanks
Colin

"tanks" here---
I Highly recommend COMMERCIAL AUTOMOTIVE (PAUL] who has recently worked on my Sprinter.
ph: 08 9248-7856, mobile: 04037710807. The labour charge is $120/hr and the work is first class.
They specialise in light commercial vans only and don't service cars. Paul is Swiss trained and is a diagnostic specialist.
The workshop is located in Unit 10/242 Beringarra Ave, MALAGA.
They service M/Benz, VW, Iveco, Toyota, Ford Transit etc.
They service all of the ambulances and police commercial vehicles so you may have to book in advance.
----tell em "Tanks" sent you !!
I'm now 87 years old, having experienced another birthday, and I'm still living in WA, single (gave up looking), white hair, no teeth, no money, no worries.
I plan to have another birthday next year.

Hi Tanks,

I had no reply from Paul.

I had the service carried out this morning by Fiat Professional at Welshpool, Perth.
The service seem to have been carried out satisfactory at a total cost of $656.70.
The RV was also washed before being returned to me.
The only other Fiat Agent who had the curtesy to reply to my emails included a quote for $950.

It just goes to prove that it pays to enquire.

Thanks to every one who replied.
Regards Colin

Hi Dot,
Having a few more days in the Perth, Freo area and then heading down the coast to Albany, Esperance and then the Wave before heading to the Nullabor, so we will be 2/3 weeks behind you.
Have Good crossing and I hope we may meet up in the near future.
