It is in NSW & a part of a lake system which had been almost dry for many years. Is town sign says "Welcome to the first town on a major RV"

Is it in the Moama/Barham area? I know they were doing a lot of work out that way attempting to trap water in the forest to improve the growth rate, but I can't remember a bridge like that out there.
