One question at a time please & once the person asking the question is happy with the answer they'll say "next question please" & anyone can chime in with the next question. (fun, fun, fun!)

A little one if any terry and I didn't look, I was told by a very reliable person.

Back to the OP...
We use pure H2O in both Girt & Jim. If we drive through a flock of insects or grasshoppers etc, we don't touch the wipers or we lose far more vision - or most of the washer tank contents.
Next stop we break out the Armorall Glass Wipes. (If it's severe, we look for the next rest area.)
If it's just one grasshopper/large insect in the driver's field of view, we'll use the washers. We find that's more common than big swarms of insects.
The Armorall system is cheaper than adding Bugs-Off or other concoction to the washer tank.
Regards & God bless,
Ray
