Ok I know illegal but I am getting sick of using my same music for my travel dvds etc & need some new tunes. The site I used o use is no longer.

It might help if you mention what type of music you prefer because many of us do have legal cd's so it can be copied legally.
Can you play via usb on your radio/cd player Kay?
I've got a Chinese GPS that has a built in media player & can play music off an SD card that I load up off the laptop.

You can download an app that lifts the music from You Tube clips, we harvest a lot of our travel music that way, you get to check out the quality of a number of different clips to determine what suits your taste best.

I have just bought an MP3 for the cigarette lighter in the car. can not get APPs as only have old fashioned phone.
Country, musicals, instrumental, Australian artists. Basically the only thing I am not into is hard rock & the bands which impossible to hear the words. I have a lot of legal CD but how do I copy them? What do I have to download to do this?

When we retired in 2006 & in anticipation of our travels, I copied thousands of tracks from our CD's onto the, then, desktop computer.

Managed to work out how to burn individual tracks onto about 30 CD's - nearly all 50's, 60's, 70's & country - fanbloodytastic - as long as you are prepared to continually change the bloody volume.

Had no idea at the time that they weren't all recorded the same.

Well... they all sounded the same when you played the individual artists CD's ...
