Done nothing today, had to take the drummer to Hobart for xrays, (250klm round trip) and it turns out no broken bones, just bad bruising. She has the cast off before she got back to the car and the quack said 64 year old lady shouldn't be bashing in posts with a block buster and if she hadn't, she wouldn't have slipped over and hurt herself.
Tomorrow will go through all the leads on the vast and see how they come up, will use my roadies lead tester, you just plug any lead into it and it tells you everything about it and the quality of signal coming through.
Can see it's fine art setting up vast until you work it all out, thanks again.

Re: Digital tv signal meters
My iPhone 4 has an app to find satellites.
Bought phone on EvilBay for $50! App was a freebie on Apple's AppStore.
Finds any satellite, even the Iridium ones! TV satts are easy. They're geostationary.
Point phone in general direction, and it identifies satts with scenery overlay to precisely locate them.
Easy-Peasy!
