Well, seeing as how we didn't get the Mazda finished in time to go to Taggerty, so we have another week to try and get it finished enough for Gum Bend. The last straw that killed the getting away was the lack of location of the plastic centre bits for the slat bed, hopefully either they will reappear over the next week or the ones I've ordered from the UK will get here in time. With a bit of luck I'll have the wiring done and the solar panels back on the roof and wired up, the sink fitted and plumbed, the water tank connected and the pump installed, wired and plumbed in and ....... well it might still not be finished but at least it should be liveable for the week.

Those things can also be done at GB with help from others so you had better get there.

SUGGESTION.
Not sure what the wood situation is around GBL but it may well be pretty slim pickings. Some frown on collecting from the roadside...
If you have some room & might be able to fit a bit of wood to your load - maybe from your home stocks - then we should be able to have a decent fire each night.
Just a thought...
