We are at Cunnamulla. Not a RV friendly place...We are at a big truck stop. Hopng not to get moved on.
raining quite heavy at the moment. St George tomorrow.
Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than speak and remove all doubt.... If at first you dont succeed, Skydiving is not for you.
just did the reverse of this the other day, Norman. Please be very careful of the roadside shoulders if there has been rain, slow to a crawl for passing traffic.
Now wished I had visited Charlotte Plains -has hot springs which is always great
and
Bollon was a great free camp, nice place too
Suggest you pencil in St George for the weekend at the earliest.
Miss you already the stealth Annette & Darryl, never heard a thing this morning. Twas a great time huh? The edges of the roads from Condobolin to here i.e. Lake Cargelligo (dead mans point) are also very water logged and super boggy. We have been outside watching a Hercules plane do fly arounds and touch and go stuff interesting to see Chuck frothing at the mouth whilst singing memories Col & Jenny, Peter & Sandra are also home safe and sound, was great to put more names to faces. Think they had a good time because we were rather naughty well some were (not me) Keep warm Norman & Christine x (no sheep were abused during the rams stay)
Queen of the Banal & OT chatter and proud of it. If it offends you then tough titty titty bang bang.
Dot, When you are done at Lake Carelligo, go out via Rankin Springs and visit the pub, amongst other places of interest (not many, unfortunately). Terries Dad grew up there and there are still pictures on the wall of him and his brothers in all the footy teams. We were there around Easter time.
Cheers

David weren't the pictures there when the pub burnt down a few years ago?
To be honest I was surprised they did rebuild it.
Spent more than one night drinking in that pub on my travels years ago.
One of my mates rolled his semi coming down off the hill heading N into Rankin Springs. Load of small bales of hay heading to drought stricken Bathurst at the time.
