PeterH's dilema

Drop in and dribble on about nothing serious. Seriously a mad place to hang out. Better to avoid it if you're not in the mood!!! If you're determined to be sad, bad, mad & angry then move along!!!

Very cruel George, very cruel :? The reputation of God's Country has been blackened for ever in Peter's eyes I think. It still hasn't shown up any where yet but I keep expecting to see someone riding it

Hi T1 & George,
Yes I have got another Bike but it is 10k to Port Mac and I'm not happy with that. The knee is good but that's too far for me.

The Bike seller did have an inquiry re a battery and a charger from an auto elect but did not leave any more info and has not rang back.

I had a PE in 2010, I was lucky enough to have a son (student doctor at the time) who convinced me to disregard the doctors diagnosis of pleurisy and head to the emergency room. I spent a week in hospital in Cairns then I drove the MH to Brisbane. Very slow trip, stopping every day for blood tests for warfarin dose. No exercise until blood clot dissolved. I wasn't out of the woods yet as I ended up back in hospital for another 3 weeks. More of the clot broke away causing all sorts of drama. The specialist later told me that most people don't come back from where I was. So follow the doctors instructions and rest, it can turn bad very quickly. Good luck and take care of yourself.

Knee still aches but I can walk.
Sunny at the pub [rained last Friday] the roundabout at the entrance is being tarred today.
About 20 Rv's here over night.
