Disposable gumboots?

Anyone know where the grocery is in Qld that gives away free throwaway gumboots?
You know what the old memory's like.

Try the local horse stables after the flying foxes have been there. They tell me everyone has to wear them & they throw them away as soon as they take them off. (actually burn them perhaps)?
Can't be that wet up there Bruce? I thought you get dry winters?

I thought those types of grocery stores where you got free "disposable gum boots" were illegal in QLD; or was that back in the 90's

Actually saw heaps of disposable gum boots in use when we went to Boulia Camel Festival,Qld, the festival was a no goer because of the amount of rainfall, heaps of folk walking around with plastic shopping bags over their shoes with an elastic band around the ankle, sure saved being ankle deep in mud all over your shoes.

I still remember when I was a kid my mother used to brew home maid (EDIT: sorry,.. made) ginger beer.
If you didn't drink it in due time the bottles used to explode!
We ended up storing them under the rain water tank stand.
Do kegs blow up?

Quick answer NO.
We broke a record today up until now the shortest drive from camp to camp was 0ne kilometre That was in Julia Creek.
Today we moved 150 metres , now that's gunna be hard to beat .
