Yes David it was a nice sunny day here today but when it comes to 4pm the coolness of the evening comes rolling in. Glad your nasty wind has gone away. ;)

 On my trips to Brisbane and the surrounding coast I have a laugh at what they consider freezing, then a trip to the Melbourne suburbs and see what they consider to be a nice day
We looked at a few places in Mannum that had possibilities for an interstate shift as the prices are so low, then looked at the weather and min-max temps through out the yrs... :o now I know why such nice looking places are so cheap

mmmm Mannum is becoming the playground for the rich, a bit like Robe or Victor Harbor.
Berri has some good cheap properties and will remain pretty cheap because of it being known as an aboriginal haven. (close to a reserve)
Pension day is to be avoided.

The playground for the rich, sounds like a great plus for the sort of thing we are looking for
