The man next to us in our "cell" gave us a Vast decoder as it is 240v one and he found it more convenient to have a 12v one. He was going to chuck it in the bin.. Actually this cp jail isn't too bad, at least we can put the awning out and the car goes on the other side so no complaints about the size of the site.

Good find Dot! Before you get too excited, does it have the decoder card in the front slot? Might need tweezers or long nosed pliers to pull it out.
If it has no card it's pretty useless I think.
It's no problem being 240v. There's many small inverters that'll do the job for only a few bucks. (or use an existing 240v socket)
