New Discovery...

Post by norman »

Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science.

The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.

These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.

Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from four days to four years to complete.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2- 6 years; It does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.

In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.

This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass.

When catalysed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium, an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons.

Administratium eventually evolves into Bureaucratium and is known to have a negative half life. This means that as time passes it multiplies rather than decays by converting peons to morons and every moron attracts its own cluster of peons. Bureaucatium is so powerful is not only develops enough reverse momentum to grind any process to a stand still, it can actually reverse engineer progress into regression and pass it off as "moving forward" This is one of the warning signs that Administratium has developed into Bureaucratium if this and many other wank phrases start to appear in communications between the sub committees.

Yep, I reckon that you have captured it all in the above posts. Watch out for the even more dangerous sub-stratum called Local Governmentium.

Local govmentium is the breed reactor for morons and peons, sometimes a moron is accelerated too quickly taking them well beyond their atomic structure and they fuse with a peon on the way through. The result is a moron that also a fully functional peon and if ever they reach the core of assembled mass they go into critical morass. I think Qld had a perfect example of how this works

When a Administratium can't grow into a Bureaucratium, the internal pressures builds and a double-dissaloserium is triggered. The chain reaction impacts and blows the peons, morons and the unknown beurons our of their cemented spots in the valence of power rings

Depending on the catalyst used in the dissaloserium, the adminstratium will shed an election and form into a new sometimes inert administratium. If the reaction was wild enough, the valence of power will be completely changed, and the peons, morons, and beurons will now be attracted to the scattered about the now, empty shells; and will start forming an new type of administratium.

As the process repeats, it just takes one peonic moron to split a administratium in half and trigger the chain reaction again.

As the process repeats, it just takes one peonic moron to split a administratium in half and trigger the chain reaction again.
If closely viewed the downward spiral can be seen to turn one way or the other and these spiral can develop enough momentum to fuse a moron to a cluster of peons, and, depending if the spin is to the left or right, either a peonic moron or a moronic peon results. This counter rotation will cause section of the govenmentium to split off and each attracts its own cluster of morons and peons. On rare occasions a peon can spin a moron so fast they are spun out of the whole cluster, these are known as independent either peonic morons or moronic peons and if the leave with enough spin they may form their own cluster. Qld appears to be a breading ground for these independent peonic morons and moronic peons, although Tasmania has had at least one as well. One of the better known independent generated clusters was possibly a moronic peon depending on the viewing angle and a sound could be heard from the whirring mass of inept confussion.... "please explain".....
