Difference is that half of Dot's distance to travel is along a very dangerous, windy road from Strath to Mt Barker before you get on the freeway.
Been that many fatalities on that stretch they've given up counting them.

OP Shop decided to donate roughly 50 large rubbish bags of clothing to the fire victims but tried all over the weekend to contact the designated mob (Vinnies) but their help line is only open during office hrs Needless to say we have found some other organisation to give the goods to.

Appears the donations we were going to make would go straight onto the shelves of the vinnies shop and not to the people we intended it to go to. I contacted the vinnies so called hotline and the woman said they don't hand out the clothing and could not guarantee the fire victims would get it so much for "organised charity" Ggrrrrrr where is the pope when you need him
