I think it may be today that Terry & Margaret finally become the proud owners of their own little piece of South Australia?
Correct me if I'm wrong?
I can feel the excitement that must be building to the changes to their lives and lifestyles!
It is going to be very trying doing the shift in the summer heat over the Christmas break but I'm positive it'll all fall into place.
Wishing them all the best from Wendy & Bruce.
Congrats to T1 and Margaret!

Re: Congrats to T1 and Margaret!
The whole saga with parts of CSC being out sourced to Indian and then the whole lot getting flooded I think may be drawing to a close. This has resulted in a 14 day delay in money moving from their super fund to Margaret's self managed super fund..... it still isn't there yet and it must be cleared funds before it can then be transferred into the conveyancer's account so they can distribute it to all concerned.... still have to get my head around the SA method of property transactions. This has pushed the deadline out to the 22nd, the last day all concerned appear to be working before the new yr...... The big bus goes on the truck on the 19th and arrives there on the 21st..... starting to sound a little close for comfort yet? The parts arrived for me to complete the 4 remaining jobs before we leave, a week late and the wrong bits, so all the preparation ready to just drop these parts in was a complete waste of time as the circuits will now need to be completely redone to accommodate these differently configured and different voltage parts.... don't you just love dealing with countries where English is not their first or even second language it appears. This has meant none of the stuff required to do these modifications can be packed yet. Now throw in the 11 yr saga with NRMA and the motor vehicle accident..... what should have been a series of paper shuffles between legal eagles has gone completely pearshaped as NRMA, QBE, Motor Vehicle Accident Authority, Medicare and my solicitor are now trying to sort out all the doctors visits that were for more than one thing, both a Workcover/ MVA related and a personal health related matter as each were billed separately but any payments for workcover related items are bundled into 3mth sigle payments. Medicare claim these have W/C (workcover) mentioned in the doctors notes so they should be paid by the workcover insurer, QBE, NRMA are denying some items that the workcover insurer accepted as related to the accident are in fact accident related so refuse to accept any costs related to these items, the assessor from the MVAA wants it all sorted yesterday so she can file papers before she goes on leave till February... this means endless hrs in my solicitors office trying to piece it all together....... There are now only 9 days left before the truck arrives and nothing has been sorted/packed/loaded in big bus yet, nor any of the gipsy wagon of vehicles and trailers that will follow the truck across so we are there to drive it back off the truck..... stressed, nah, why would we be stressed

It will work out, always does in the end. Can't the truck driver get the bus off for you? ours did. And remember there is an X truck driver living in Mannum !!!! just start shoving your stuff in the bus and have a surprise when you get to unpack
