And Dottie has been taking lessons in lesson teaching and is looking for victims to practise on, so you better be careful

Hi Steve,

I had someone asking about awnings for their bus and I mentioned yours. Are you still happy with it, and does it still operate remotely all the time?

I haven't done anything about fitting one, still trying to get my turbo working effectively.

George did you replace the turbo or didn't it have one before?
I'm presuming the FE6T indicates it did have a turbo on it?
Is it lacking power or something?

A very long story, Bruce. Replaced the original turbo this week just to eliminate that as the reason for miniscule boost. I am ,in fact, getting negative boost, -4psi, at times, and only +5psi as maximum. This saga has been long lived, just ask Terry. I have eliminated inlet restriction and lack of fuel (made adjustments to get heaps of black smoke) and next step is to remove muffler from the exhaust. It lacks power when asked for during hill climbing.

Seems you need a really good mechanic like the bloke we have. He found and rectified things that others never knew of. (and he does a good deal) :)

I doubt I could be of much more help than Terry!
Is it a Garrett35 turbo? Wastegate jammed open?
Keeping your revs up high going up hill? (dropping gears early)
I'll have a chat to Tony here & see if he has any ideas.
