But that doesn't fit with the additional hr driving time, it was slower travelling emptyjon_d wrote:more headwind because you can travel lite and fast vs slow and load.

A person may fail many times, they only become a failure when they blame someone else John Burrows

Yes, they didn't believe it then so I doubt they'll believe it nowsupersparky wrote:
Terry, Didn't you mention this subject on another forum a few years ago. I seem to remember that there were some members then that had a minor brain explosion. Seem to remember all sorts of mass versus load type physics arguments back then.![]()

Caused by gravity having to keep you pressed against the road while travelling upside down, up hill.

Not that, I have kept the watch and phone on NSW Day light saving so I don't ring Margaret at 10:30 and wonder why she sounds half asleep. Maybe George has it sortedBruceS wrote:Stop changing your watch as you travel? Lucky you aren't traveling to Perth!

Re: Congrats to T1 and Margaret!
Same fuel station travelling each way, same pump actually so there wasn't differences between the pump calibrations. That bit was not intentional for that purpose, those were the pumps I could get the truck in.... and back out again, can't understand these servo's that slant the bowser lanes towards the dead end of the exit and one or two vehicles widths between the last bowser in the row and the shop, no hope of getting a long ridged vehicle out the normal way, you have to chase everyone out of the entry lane and reverse out.... so I look before I enter now.bagmaker wrote:Crappy SA fuel?
Dottie, what can I say, it's not me who has a numb arm and hand now eh
